Data Deletion Instructions
Aidven, operated by Benrov, Inc., respects your right to remove data we have received from Instagram or any other connected service. This page describes the two ways to trigger deletion and the timeline we follow.
Option 1 — Disconnect inside Aidven
Sign in to Aidven at app.aidven.com, open Settings, find the "Integrations" section, locate your Instagram connection, and click "Disconnect." When you disconnect, Aidven will (a) revoke and discard the OAuth tokens for that account, (b) unsubscribe from Meta webhook fields for that account, and (c) schedule the cached message and comment records associated with that account for deletion within 30 days. You can verify revocation from Instagram by visiting your Instagram app under Settings → Apps and Websites and removing Aidven there as well.
Option 2 — Email request for full deletion
To request deletion of all data Aidven holds on your behalf, including data received from Meta, email privacy@aidven.com from the address associated with your Aidven account with the subject line "Data Deletion Request." Include the Instagram username of the account you connected so we can identify and remove the correct records. We will acknowledge your request within five business days and complete deletion within 30 days. We will send a confirmation email once deletion is complete.
What is deleted
A deletion request removes: OAuth access and refresh tokens for the Instagram account; the cached profile, message, and comment records ingested for that account; webhook subscription references; agent run history referencing that account; and integration audit logs tied to that account. Aggregated, de-identified usage statistics that cannot be linked back to you may be retained for service operations.
What we are required to keep
We may be required to retain certain records to comply with legal obligations (such as tax, anti-fraud, or regulatory requirements), to enforce our agreements, or to resolve ongoing security investigations. Where retention is required, we retain only what is strictly necessary and for no longer than required.
Removing Aidven from Instagram
You can also remove Aidven directly from your Instagram account. Open the Instagram app, go to your profile, tap the menu, choose "Settings and privacy," then "Apps and websites." Select Aidven and tap "Remove." Once Instagram revokes our access, Aidven can no longer access that account. Email us if you want confirmation that cached records tied to that account were deleted.
